What do I need to join?
Age 16 or older, a legit copy of the game, a clear microphone, and reading the rules in full — joining is direct, with no application.
How do I enter the city?
Get FiveM from the official site, join the Discord, read the rules and shape your character's story, then paste the connect line and enter — access is direct for everyone.
Is it free to play?
Yes. Everything in the store is an optional perk that keeps the city running — nothing buys an advantage over anyone.
Can I transfer my character from another server?
Not currently — everyone starts their story from zero inside SKY.

How does my product arrive after purchase?
Packs and menus activate automatically within minutes of completing payment. IDs and property are delivered within 24 hours, and you can track their status from your account dashboard.
What payment methods are available?
mada, Apple Pay, and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) — through the secure Moyasar gateway. Apple Pay works from any browser on any device — finish by scanning the code with your phone.
Can I get a refund on my purchases?
No refunds after activation. If delivery takes longer than 24 hours, check the order in your account dashboard and then contact us through the official Discord server.
How do I gift a product to a friend?
Enable the gift option at checkout (+ 49) and write your message — it is delivered with the gift inside the city.
