Terms of Use & Privacy

By using the SKY RP store or completing any purchase in it, you agree to the following terms. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, and continuing to use the store after an update constitutes acceptance of it.

General terms & products

  1. Completing any purchase constitutes full acceptance of this policy and of the server rules.
  2. All products offered are virtual digital goods used inside the SKY RP server only, and have no real monetary value outside the game.
  3. All purchases are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once delivered.
  4. Reselling or trading products between players without management approval is prohibited; violating this exposes both parties to a permanent ban and confiscation of the product without compensation.
  5. Sharing an account or transferring products between accounts is prohibited, and any misuse results in the product being withdrawn without compensation.
  6. ID terms: not entering the server for (30) days may lead to the ID being withdrawn; token presence without genuine interaction is treated as inactivity; switching an ID may incur an administrative fee; a gifted ID transfers with all its obligations to the recipient.
  7. Menu, F2 (flight ability), and remote terms: they may not be exploited to store vehicles or property you do not own, in combat situations, to escape jail, or to violate government and military vehicle rules; violations are handled through the warning system, and repeating them leads to permanent withdrawal of the feature without compensation.
  8. Management reserves the right to modify product specifications or prices, or to discontinue them, at any time without prior notice.

Payment, refunds & delivery

  1. Payments are made in Saudi Riyals through «Moyasar» for mada, Apple Pay, and credit cards (Visa / Mastercard), or through «Tamara» when its buy-now-pay-later option is available; Tamara decides eligibility, approval, and instalment terms.
  2. Value-added tax is added to prices where applicable, in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  3. All products are digital and delivered immediately upon payment confirmation; therefore they are non-refundable after delivery, except in the case of a technical error proven on the store's side that prevented delivery.
  4. Submitting a reverse refund request (Chargeback) with the card provider is strictly prohibited; doing so results in a permanent ban on the server and store, and a legal claim to recover the value of the products received.
  5. Packs and add-ons are delivered in-game within minutes of completing payment, provided your Discord account is linked to your character in the city.
  6. Premium IDs are delivered within (24) hours, and you can track their status from your account dashboard.
  7. The buyer alone is responsible for the accuracy of the identifier they enter when purchasing or gifting; the store bears no responsibility for delivery to an incorrect identifier.
  8. Where a gift recipient cannot be identified automatically, their account must be linked before payment can begin; the gift will then appear in the account dashboard.

Privacy & data

  1. We collect the minimum data needed to run the store: your Discord account ID, public name and avatar, your email if present, your order and purchase history, and your in-game identifier when linked.
  2. When you choose «Moyasar» or «Tamara», we share with the selected provider the data needed to process payment, prevent fraud, and assess risk. This may include your name, email address, phone number, order details, billing or shipping address, and account-related risk signals.
  3. We do not see your full card number or store card data on our servers; the selected payment provider processes it under its own systems and privacy policy.
  4. We do not sell your data or share it with external parties except to the extent needed to complete and assess payment, deliver products in-game, or comply with an official legal request.
  5. We use only the cookies necessary to keep your login session, language preference, and shopping cart.
  6. Your data is retained for as long as your account exists and for the purpose of keeping an order record; you may contact us via Discord with any enquiry regarding your data.

Prohibited conduct, age & liability

  1. Any fraud or manipulation of payment methods, or attempting to obtain products without paying their full value, is prohibited.
  2. Using products to violate the server rules or harm other players' experience is prohibited; penalties are applied gradually: a warning, then withdrawal of the product, then a ban depending on the severity of the violation.
  3. Use of the store is available to those aged (18) years and over, or with the consent of a guardian for those under that age.
  4. Products are an entertainment service inside a game, and the store bears no responsibility for indirect damages or service interruptions beyond its control.
  5. This policy is subject to the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes are resolved amicably first and then through the competent authorities where necessary.
